Stable is situated on 345 beautiful acres in Glenora
8 minutes from downtown Duncan, BC. Canada
We
are a full service hunter/jumper boarding and training center, located on beautiful Vancouver Island. Horses in training are provided with individual programs to promote their talents in either the Hunter or Jumper disciplines. Our horses are highly successful in horse shows through out the Pacific Northwest, California and Alberta “A” circuit. Horses compete in Baby Green Hunters through to Grand Prix Jumpers.
Our many features include
an 80’x 224’ indoor arena, and a 130’x 250’
all weather outdoor arena. Both rings have state of the art footing. The indoor arena has a heated viewing lounge
with a kitchen, where riders and parents can make themselves comfortable
during lesson times and clinics. There is daily turnout in
either all weather paddocks or large grass pastures. Other facility features include miles of private, scenic hacking
trails, and a 6 horse Odyssey Performance Trainer. This
and the many other amenities makes this equestrian site British
Columbia’s premier equestrian facility.

Amazing Indoors 2012
2012 finished with Sanmorino and Lisa Williams once again making the long journey to the east coast of the Untied States, to the highly competitive indoor circuit.
Accompanied by Lindy Townley, Lisa and Morino’s first stop would be the Capital Challenge in Baltimore, Maryland. They once again earned the top score of the Amateur/ Owner Division and were awarded National Reserve Champion: Amateur /Owner Hunter in the World Champion Hunter Series.
The next show on the road was the Pennsylvania National Horse Show. Sanmorino and Lisa were Grand Hunter Champion Amateur Owner Hunter, having competed amongst the finest horses and riders in the country.
Next stop – The Washington International Horse Show, where they secured a win and other great results.
Georgia and Norah joined the dynamic duo in Kentucky at the Alltech National Horse Show, which was formally held in New York. This is an amazing show facility and the home of the famous Rolex 3-day event. Lisa once again earned the Championship in her division, as she had previously done in 2010. She also claimed the Auto…….Challenge trophy as the top Amateur hunter rider.
Last stop on this amazing tour was Toronto, Canada. Showing for the first time at “The Royal Winter Fair”, Lisa claimed 2 of the 3 over fences classes to secure Reserve Champion. Norah was on hand for this exciting performance!
Lisa and Sanmorino once again showed off their incredible skills, and exceeded all dreams and expectations. Foxstone Stable would like to thank Lindy Townley for helping make this epic tour one to never forget!!

2013 - What a start!
The BCHJA Year end Awards Gala was held on January 19, 2013.We would like to congratulate everyone on their achievements.
Foxstone’s rider/trainer Georgia Hunt was awarded Champion 1.20m jumper with Kubic, and Reserve Champion 1.30m Jumper with Kenzo. Both of these talented horses are by our resident stallion Kupido K.
Georgia’s own horse, Cordova Bay was award 3rd place in the pre green hunter division. We were very pleased with this result as he competed at only a few shows, since Georgia spent many weeks of the summer at Spruce Meadows. |
Lisa Williams and Sanmorino claimed Champion in the Amateur/ Owner Hunter Division. She also claimed Automation – Model Cadet Memorial Challenge
At her first awards gala, Zjaya Doman and Hot Wheelz were thrilled to receive Res. Champion in the Short Stirrup Hunter-Pony Division
Norah Ross was awarded the last honor of the evening, “Coach of the Year!” This was a thrill to win, and couldn’t have been earned without the great Foxstone Team, that is made up of many dedicated staff!
Sunshine here we come!
February 11 marks the departure day for Georgia Hunt and groom Chelsea Henley who are heading down south for 2 months of horse shows. First stop is Thermal, California for 4 weeks of competition. After a weeks rest they are off to San Juan Capistrano for another 2 weeks of showing. The 6 horses accompanying them on this exciting trip are Kenzo, Kubic, Shimmer, Lady Like, Cordova Bay and Chellina Z. Foxstone Stable wishes them the best of luck!!
Shows and events will continue at Foxstone Stable as riders prepare for the up-coming show season with Norah and the rest of the team.

NEW at FOXSTONE!
We are excited to announce the completion of our grass jumping field, complete with 2 derby banks, dry ditches, and a refurbished devils dyke! Both indoor and outdoor arenas have been upgraded with new lovely footing by International Equestrian Services . The main stable has also upgraded its look and function as we near one decade in business. Beautiful, non-slip terra cotta rubber pavers have been laid throughout the aisle ways, and now match the more recent second stable! |
